So long

The Irish cousins have departed. Katie was discharged from the hospital on Wednesday. Thursday, Sue took them shopping for U.S. bargains. We all went into the city Thursday evening for a whirlwind trip through Manhattan and Brooklyn. I told Mike he needs a glass dome top on his van for sightseeing. Kitty and Katie treated us to a delicious dinner at Carmine's on the upper west side (Italian family-style restaurant). There were eight of us, including Matt who only lives a couple of blocks from Carmine's. We really had a great time.
