Greetings from Avalon!

Here's the place.  We had two tenants last week, one this week and maybe another next week.  This week's family expressed interest in a full season rental next year.  Hope so!  The weather's been great so far.  Every day we read a local paper and the Philadelphia Inquirer, which had a feature story this morning on ethnic cuisine in Queens!  They even had a picture of the beer garden where Michael and Maura celebrated their engagement. Check it out here.
