Greetings from Avalon, NJ

Long time since I've posted. We're down in Avalon, trying to push the contractor and get the house ready for tenants. The work is several weeks behind schedule, but we're optimistic that it will be ready to show in a couple of weeks. The realtor says there should be no problem renting it. Apparently rentals are in short supply and traffic is up about 15% from last year. We had a bunch of furniture delivered today and had a major expedition to Lowe's for outdoor furniture and barbecue grills. Holly tells me the major shopping is almost done. Will post some pictures when we get home.
