Hey Chris, thanks for posting on the FB news feed so that I was able to remember that this site even existed. So thrilled to see the Seattle O'K's with their first egg! We hope to be joining them this summer in the egg business. I am getting tips and a coop design from a 'professional' ; they've even offered to supply a starting brood of assorted chickies in exchange for a supply of Tom's yummy homebrew :-)
We're thinking that there's got to be a brew out there that we can enhance with an egg as an ingredient....symbiosis ??? Yes? Yuck ?
We get LTJG Alanna back from Newport RI, for a brief visit en route to Norfolk VA and then ultimately back to San Diego. Tom and I are heading to TX to see Brendan at the end of the month. We hope that when we get back Spring will be here !
