Halle and I went for a walk in the backyard today, and the snow was up to my knees! Though she did run through it... I also realized she was spending much of the walk right behind me (as you all know, she's usually running circles around me and NEVER walks patiently behind!)... I think she figured out it was a lot easier to let ME break a path in the snow than her!
I think this snow fall confirmed what my next purchase will be: snowshoes!
Luckily, Halle's ophthalmologist visit went well yesterday, he did see a few things that could be the result of the accident at doggie daycare, but said it was healing well. Halle wasn't the biggest fan of the vet & tech messing with her eyes, but she was good overall. We stopped by 11 Sunnybank to wait out rush hour. Sophie kept saying "moo me" (= "excuse me") when Halle was in her way.
