I sense a theme for NYE 2011... I too spent the midnight hour in a cold/cough-medicine induced coma, on the couch at 11 Sunnybank. That bug was a doozy!! I drove down to West Roxbury to ring in the new year (at 4-ish on Friday afternoon... a BIG mistake with TONS of traffic to contend with), we enjoyed Thai and a movie and I had every intention (well, some intention) to stay up through midnight. Alas I was no match for the magic of multi-symptom night-time Delsym.
Sitting here now waiting for my roast chicken and veggies (sweet potatoes, beets, carrots, onions, yum!) to be done. Smells delicious. Check out this recipe... I haven't made it yet but it sounds fabulous, and I have a feeling I'll be having several versions of it this week!
