Bit of a crazy weekend here. I was supposed to have a friend from school visit yesterday, but ended up having to bring Halle to a vet here for some problem with her eye (which had been irritated since the dog walker accidentally fell/brushed her with her leash/not quite sure what happened), who then sent us down to an Angell Medical center (a well-known animal hospital in JP) to see someone there. Seems like her eye will be OK, but we have an appointment to go see a DOGGIE OPTHOMOLOGIST on Tuesday. I cringe at the thought of how much a doggie optho. charges.
Needless to say, yesterday was a looooong day. Catching up on some cleaning, and some work, today, while Halle snoozes the day away thanks in part to her pain meds which make her a little loopy... poor Halle...
