Just a little over 3 weeks now until graduation. Only a few classes and a couple of projects left, then all done! Been inching forward on the job front. Have a likely internship opportunity working at a company in Providence, RI (who's starting up their Sustainability program) at company called Textron, big industrial company that owns Cessna and Bell Helicopters (wondering if I could get a ride in one of them??!). An internship is perhaps not ideal, but it's in one of my interest areas and still fairly local to Boston, so I could continue networking/job searching through the summer.
Also, hopefully will have an interview next week at a Smart Grid company in Maryland. Not a location I really had in mind, but seems like it could be a great opportunity so we'll see!
Link for a little primer on the Smart Grid, if you so desire!
Other than that, can't really think of anything exciting... job search and school have been keeping me busy!! Still doing Noseworks with Halle, as well as a "Rowdy Rovers" class with the Animal Behaviorist we've worked with before, to help her get comfortable again with unfamiliar dogs! Enjoying the warm weather, and all the sprouting green at the park.
