Good job mom, welcome back to the OS News. Now let's see if you can post a picture!
There is some good and bad news about Izzy. The bad news is, she was suddenly having a very difficult time with Sophie's persistence with her, resulting in the need to separate them often. This was very stressful for Izzy and causing lots of accidents in the house. The good news is, she went to a new home the other day--a couple with grown children who have had cocker spaniels for 20 years---and are very doting--exactly what Izzy needs. I spoke with the new owner last night. She sounds like the human version of Izzy. She loves to hold Izzy like a baby and tell her what a beautiful belly she has. Her words, not mine. I'm pretty sure Izzy is in heaven. And let's face it, as much as I love dogs (and I do really miss having one around), neither Andy nor I were ever willing to hold Izzy like a baby and ogle her belly.
