48 and counting....

That is the number of days until I graduate, and was shared in the weekly "upcoming week's activities" email I get every Sunday. Hard to believe! The last few weeks have been really busy. Last Thursday, we held an Energy & Environmental Club Conference on campus, which I was very involved with especially over the last couple of months. There were over 400 attendees on campus for the event. During the networking/cocktail reception at the end, I got to introduce the President of Babson to the 200 or so people who were left. Little did I know until my schpiel was done - but everyone in the building had stopped to listen too!! (Our building is kind of like an atrium, with all 3 floors looking down to the ground floor) All in all it was a great event and I was glad to have been involved.

Last night was the MBA Gala at the Fairmont Copley, with over 400 people. I forgot to say hello to the Black Lab who hangs out in the lobby. (I just did a Google Search on it... cute little article on her debut at the hotel here http://www.fairmont.com/copleyplaza/articles/recentnews/thefairmontcopleyplazagoestothedogs.htm).

Lots of conferences and homework to get through over the coming weeks. And of course, meeting Stavros when he decides to make his appearance...!
