PS< yes, in response to the questions, you CAN send a care package, cookies, magazines, anything like that, and you CAN ship directly from the web, as long as the shipper will send to an FPO address....from personal experience I found that mascara (!) is considered to be some sort of contraband or dangerous substance and cannot be shipped to an FPO. If anyone figures this one out, please explain to me ! What's a girl to do ??
