The Irish War for Independence, in & around Glenough

How Real Men Bake Pies

Andrew was given a jackolantern pumpkin by his grandparents, with a challenge to make a pie out of it.  While pumpkin pie is usually made out of smaller, sweet pie pumpkins, Andrew found a recipe and decided to go for it.  He is adjusting his methods these days, apparently, including broadening out his set of available cooking tools. 

We're hoping for a good pie out of this, we'll let you know!

Need help with portion control?

I get all the help I need from my loving family.  There is no danger of eating too much ice cream when this is the portion left in the container.  Aren't I lucky?

A little comic relief for all you east coasters whose ice cream is probably melting away at this very moment.

The Walk to End Alzheimer's
